The only thing that's keepin me from uploading new photos ever since i got back from bali early this year was the internet connection.

Anyway, i've decided to move away from this place. It has been a nice place. I hope to keep this on ice.

Volunteering is one hella of a fun experience.

really lives up to it's name.

Run Your Own Race.

I was loving the experience.
Seeing so many different types of people to run their own race.
Not to beat one another's timing.
But to show themselves that they can complete 42.195km.

Oh well.I'm gonna try for next year's.

Chunk Fest..

Ben & Jerry's Chunk Fest was a total mess.

It was too muddy.
& a lot of people for a free admission but no free ice cream fest.
I hear from people's random chatter,

"Where's the free ice cream."
Gave up and walked to Orchard Road.

Whazzat?!

24th November.
Somehow i wished most days were like this.
Tranquil and such.

Apparently, i told myself that i won't get surprised easileh.

Little did i expect Nadia & Hanna (inclusive of Raudah!)to pull a fast one on me!!!!

So here's the mini-story.
They surprised me by saying they were gonna treat me to some foodie joint.
I was like,"Awwwwww.. you need not to!"

So after school, they took the train.(of course i was there too.)
alighted at City Hall & we walked to Marina Square.

Then Raudhah said she had to go to work.
She's workin at Pizza Hut.
I was like okayyy... are we going there too?
Nadia & Hanna said, "OMG.you so thick skinned. it's so expensive.
We bringin you to McDonalds la."

I was like okay la."it was good enough some kind souls were able to spare me some of their precious personal time and spend it wit me!"

So we wandered around before we reached..where else. Pizza Hut!

HAHA. okay.i'm not a big fan of Pizza Hut.haha. I honestly thought they were gonna bring me to Arnold's Chicken which is prolly the best chicken place on Earth.
So we entered. Sat down. Decided to order a regular Pizza.
Honey Roasted Wings.
Chic'ago(Linguine pasta with chicken chunks and tomatoes and bell peppers and i forgot what else.)
PS.Sorry if no evidence of what we ate.Apparently we are all trashcans.

Den we tucked in.

time goes on and on.More people started to come in.
Nadia told me there was another birthday boy/girl at another table wit HUUUGE ASS Balloons stating Happy Birthday!
They couldn't finish the pasta while i was already done.
So i ended up having to finish the pasta and 2 mid joint wings(that Hanna couldn't finish).
So time flies.while i was busy forcing myself to finish eating the pasta.

So.
.
.

There were 2 sets of lights lighting the whole restaurant.
Suddenly, the brighter set of lights were dimmed suddenly.
I went, "Whazzat!?" while lookin around puzzled.
I thought it was just a power trip/failure. So it was like err okay.
Then the sound system gave a announcement sounds.Those like "(insert whatever those used to announce something's gonna happen.like you know,those chimes.)"

WHAT HAPPENED NEXT WAS THERE WAS A BIRTHDAY SONG!!!!
Verreh kinkay and sloowwww!

I was like ohhhhhh.so cool la.
I looked at the reflection at the glass (coverin the interior as decoration)wall.
I saw Raudhah! and she was holding this muffin below.with a blue candle lit.
I honestly thought she was going to that table to give tt person whoever birthday was it.
So i was like,must be damn cool.

BUT.
she went past that table and i was like horrified.

Oh sheeeeeeeeeet!

I covered my face in shame!hahaha

It was embarrassing la!!

Everyone was like lookin at me while either grinning sheepishly or had that "I don't know what to do so i'm just smiling."
The caucasians at another table were like very overjoyed and singin and clappin while those two idiots in front of me were clappin and singin LOUDLY.
I was like sheet la! I fell for the trap!!!

So Raudhah delivered the cake and den the song was put off.
The candle was still lit. I didn't know when to blow tt candle so i waited for the song to finish. But then it took a long time for the birthday song to finish playing.HAHA.
Once it was done, everybody went back to their businesses.

HAHA. I was like so red. (Just Like Elmo!)
So Hanna & Nadia were like teasin me about the reaction i gave when the birthday cake was coming.

They kept saying, "Whazzat?!" obviously referencing to what i said..hahahaha.

I felt so touched/happy!

OK.you girls pulled the surprise plan on me perfectly.
I fell for it.

6 years never celebrated birthday.
This year celebrate birthday 2 days before and 1 day after and most prolly today too.
GOSH. stop surprising me.
